Stewardship Activity: Bethlehem Stars Program- Read to Succeed
Description: Read to Succeed @ Notre Dame High School Lawrence, MA
Activity serves to help stock the new library with books appropriate for the high school students. The library opened in the fall of 2009 is in need of many books to encourage students to read for pleasure and purpose.
Location: Notre Dame High School, Lawrence, MA
Donations brought to Church by parishioner. The donation may be a book from the posted book list, a gift certificate at Barnes and Noble or Borders or a check to cover the cost of books.
Frequency: Held once a year during Christmas
Awareness: Bethlehem Stars located throughout church building,
Parish Bulletin, Pulpit Announcement, Posters, Stewardship Committee leaders, testimonials on impact/success of program
